FAQ – Order Support & Policies
How to Place an Order
Add the products you would like to purchase into your cart.
Proceed to checkout with either the normal checkout option or PayPal.
Fill in your email address, full name, and shipping details.
If a promotion code is available, enter it in the Discount field.
Review your address → enter payment details → click Complete Order.
You will see confirmation on the website and receive confirmation by email. Support: service@lifitara.com
Missing or Incorrect Products
Contact customer support with:
Your order number
An image under 1MB that clearly shows the problem
Once verified, the correct products will be sent to you free of charge. Email: service@lifitara.com
Order Confirmation
Look for your confirmation email containing the order number. If it has not arrived, check the spam or junk folder.
Order Modifications
Requests for changes are accepted before 11:00 PM (PDT, GMT -7) on the day the order is placed. Later requests may not be possible after processing begins. Contact: service@lifitara.com
Shopping Cart Help
Add items: Select product options → Add to Cart
View cart: Click the shopping cart icon
Change quantity: Update the Quantity section
Remove item: Select Remove

Use the latest versions of Chrome, Safari, Firefox, or Edge/IE for smoother browsing.
Available Payment Methods
Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Apple Pay.
PayPal Payment
Choose PayPal → sign in → confirm the transaction → return to order confirmation.
Applying a Discount
Type your promo code → select Apply → the discount will appear in the order summary.
