Return Policy

Order Cancellation
Orders remain eligible for cancellation before shipment begins or before production has started.
If the request is approved before the order is sent out, the full payment will be refunded back to the original payment method.
After an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled.

Returns
A return request can be made within 14 days after receiving the product.
The returned item must satisfy the following return conditions:

The item must not be used and must remain in its original condition.
The original packaging must be returned together with the product.
A valid purchase record or order confirmation must be included.

Please contact customer support before returning the item. Products sent back without return instructions may not be processed properly.
Customers will pay no more than one shipping fee in total, which may cover the original shipment and return shipment when required.
No restocking fee will be deducted from eligible returns.

Refunds
When the returned item has been received and inspected, we will send an email confirming that the return process has been completed.
You will also receive notice regarding whether the refund has been approved.
Once approved, the refund will be sent to the original payment method, normally within several business days depending on the payment service provider.

Delayed or Missing Refunds
If the refund has not shown up yet:

Review your bank account again.
Contact your credit card company, as refunds may take several days to appear.
Reach out to your bank, since each financial institution may process refunds differently.

Return Shipping
Return instructions will be provided after the return request has been approved.
For returns requested due to personal preference or customer-related reasons, return shipping may be paid by the customer.
If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped, the return shipping cost will be covered.
