Processing & Dispatch
Most orders are packed and sent out within five business days of order confirmation.
Once dispatched, delivery usually takes 10–20 business days, depending on destination and carrier schedules.

Updating Your Shipping Address
Requests to update the shipping address must be received before 11:00 PM (PDT, GMT -7) on the order day.
After that time, the order may be processed and address changes may no longer be possible.

Shipping to Different Addresses
Orders may be sent to a shipping address that differs from the billing address.
Order Fulfillment Schedule
Orders are handled on business days only (Monday–Friday), excluding holidays.
Orders submitted on weekends are generally processed the next business day.
